Our Founder
Born in Jordan, the late Mr. Sabah Beiruti founded Beiruti Attorneys & Counselors at Law in 1962. Among the pioneers of the Jordanian legal profession, he helped shape the practice of law during the country’s formative years. A prominent figure in his own right, he was held in high regard by governmental bodies, the judiciary, and the private sector alike, and his clients included many of the Kingdom’s most distinguished individuals and enterprises. His counsel was valued for its clarity, discretion, and authority, qualities that remain the foundation of the firm and continue to define its practice today.

Our Managing Partner
Mohammad Beiruti is the Managing Partner of the firm. His practice focuses on corporate, transactional, cross-border and dispute resolution matters, with particular emphasis on energy, infrastructure and project finance.
Mohammad advises major companies, financial institutions and investors, both in Jordan and internationally. He has played a central role in establishing the firm’s international profile in these sectors. Under his leadership, the firm has grown into a practice with a global client base and significant cross-border work.

Our Senior Partner
Maher Beiruti is a Senior Partner of the firm. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial matters, including structuring, complex transactions, reorganizations and related disputes.
Maher has more than two decades of experience advising domestic and international clients across the corporate life cycle, from formation and governance through to transactions and exits. He regularly represents investors and businesses establishing and expanding their presence in Jordan and the wider region, and leads matters from inception to completion.

The late Senior Partner Mr. Ahmad Beiruti, brother of the founder, the late Mr. Sabah Beiruti, joined the firm in its early years and played an important role in building it. A lawyer of great dedication, he worked alongside Mr. Sabah Beiruti to strengthen the firm’s practice and helped lay the foundations on which it continues to grow. His contribution remains an integral part of the firm’s history and legacy.
